VPN to HA Firewall installation

Hi,

We currently have two internet lines coming into a Draytek Vigor2960 router at our main site. The Draytek connects to two HA configured Sophos SG310 appliances. This all works fine and if one of the SG's goes down, we just physically move one cable into the backup unit and continue as normal. So, all good.

Now we have another site from which we want to set-up a permanent VPN into our main site. Our Sophos supplier suggested that we purchase a XG115 for this purpose, which we did. However, our supplier have difficulty getting this to work. From what I can ascertain, they say its not possible into the Draytek and if they go directly into the HA set-up the solution will not work too. This all seams a little unlikely to me as I have works with other appliances where this is easily achieved. However, I am not technical enough to understand whether these are real or made up issues.

Can you advise me if what I am trying to do is possible or if the hardware or topology needs adjusting?

Regards,
