Authenticate guest users with Captive Portal

Hi

When I configure in System->Authentication->Guest Users, I add single or multiple Guest Users, when I try login through Captive Portal, it never works. If I add a user in  System->Authentication->Users with Group "Guest Group", it works.

Please help me with this problem.

    HI HaroldGuzman ,

    I have checked and found no issue when I created Single/Multiple Guest Users .  By default, the Guest Users should is created and you could use Captive Portal to authenticate the guest users .

    Kindly check two parameters 

    The Guest user should be in "Guest Group" and also check on the firewall rule you may have specified particular groups if not included , kindly add them as well.
