Sophos XG slowing video from a Ring Doorbell?

I am running Sophos XG Home (at home). I installed a Ring Pro video doorbell and I am having video quality issues.  The Ring device streams video via UDP to their site and then back to my iphone or it cloud records.  The video is jerky/stutters and appears to have a lot of packet loss. I have the Ring device on its own network with no filters or scans. The is no DOS setting enabled. 

So far to diagnose the issue I put it on my Ipad Wifi hotspot and the video was vastly improved. Speed tests on my FIOS connection show 60/55. The home Wifi is a Ubiquiti Pro and there is no RF congestion. I know I'll need to try another firewall further troubleshoot this.

I was hoping someone here had a Ring Pro and may have some words of wisdom.
