SIP/RTP issue, support unable to help

I've had a support ticket open for almost a month regarding a SIP/RTP issue with incoming calls occasionally not working.  I've captured .pcap files on the firewall as requested when the issue occurs, requested the issue be escalated, and still nothing.  I'm turning to these forums because I have no other options.  If I could easily return our XG 210 I would, our business is being impacted.  I may move back to a 10 year old Cisco ASA that the XG replaced if I do not get resolution soon, and try to work with my reseller (CDW) to get a refund on this unit.
