User report problem

Question

Hi, 
 I am getting strange name on user name sction for all report. I can not understand why this happed. On first days every thing was normal on reporting. 
 
 What is the reason of this ? Help please.

Hi Aziz, 
 Sorry for the delayed reply, I was out of office for some days. 
 The report is encrypted and this is a feature called report anonymization. Refer: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-US/123199 . 
 Turn data anonymization off and you have the solution.
