Yes I am using AD integration. My FW policy is based on user identity. and I am using application control and web filter feature.

is your Live Users counters different than 0? I mean do you see AD users authenticated agaist XG inside the log?

I see live users with their user name and other information but I can not see them on the reports.

I have attached screen shot both live user screen and custom user report screen.

Uhm....it seems that reporting is showing only SID of the users. Did you try to create e PDF report? Same output?

I suggest you to contact the support. The other possible way is to flush the report database using the CLI but you will lose all the report data and maybe the problem comes out again.

Same result when I created the PDF as you see below.

I have flushed report database using CLI but nothing changed.

The report is encrypted and this is a feature called report anonymization. Refer: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-US/123199 .

Turn data anonymization off and you have the solution.

Thank you so much that was realy helpful and solve my problem. I activated it lately and forgot it.
