RMA Replacement Registration

I received my referb device on 8/17 via RMA process because of massive built in wifi issues (XG125W).  I have tried to register it through the web portal and device management portal and receive XG-00152 and XG-00151 errors respectively.  I have called 3 times, emailed once, and reopened the RMA case and I'm still sitting here with a useless device!  I have been promised 3 times for a call back from the license engineer and NOTHING!  Has anyone ran into this issue?

Also, the agreement states that I have 14 days to return the defective device or I'll be charged full price for a referb...the amazing part, no a return shipping slip nor address was included in the packaging.  So I guess it's on me to pay for shipping and my choice of where to ship it??????

My company is doing a trial run of the endpoint security and were about to sign a 3 year contract but this has soured the deal and I'm battling my boss from pulling the plug all together.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed...
