SLL VPN Client - Disconnects

I have the Problem with the XG, that after aprox. 1-2 hours the SSL VPN Client disconnects. (Sophos Client)

The Connection is up, but i cannot ping or connect to any system behind the Firewall.

I can ping ore acces only the Firewall on the internal IP.

If i reconnect all systems are again accessible.

    Hi,

    What does the VPN logs reflects during the disconnection? Can you please post the logs?

    If you are not able to ping the internal network then check the firewall rule definitions and the SSL VPN policy configuration. Make sure that the subnet mask in the host definition for local networks in the allowed network section are correct.

    The firewall rule must be like:

    LAN-Any Services-VPN (MASQ disable)

    VPN- Any services- LAN (MASQ enable)
