Content Filter blocking Unitrends Daily backup report e-mail...

We use a Unitrends appliance for backup that relay's the daily backup reports off of our mail server.  For some reason the XG is blocking this relaying.  If I turn off the DefaultWorkplace policy works.  Why would the content filter block e-mail traffic.  It should only be inspecting 80 and 443 no?


Note that we use hosted e-mail...

Any ideas what's up with this screwball XG...besides XG is terrible vs SG.

    I can share it to a degree...I have blacked out parts of it for security concerns.  The logs from the XG are useless right now.  I have a ticket open that looks to be bug.  The filter logs are not showing the categories or why something was blocked.  The case has already be elevated by Sophos support.  This started after MR3 update.

    The tell that shows us that this is the cause is when we turn the content filter rule off we get the notifications.  Very frustrated with the XG appliance...should have bought another SG.
