XG Home interface limit?

So I've been successfully running XG home for a little while, with three interfaces (one wan, two lan). But I tried to add another interface and the sophos refuses to boot, i'm running the utm as a vm inside esxi and added the interface the same way i added the others.

So i'm wondering if there's a license limitation and that is what's causing the boot failure?

  • AliClarke,

when you use VM and XG, if you add/remove a vnic, inside the XG the NIC order will change and most probably the XG will not boot anymore because it is complaining that an interface is missing.

The best thing to do is to create a new VM with all needed NIC before you install the XG. Hope they will overtake this limitation
