What is the procedure to be done to add a customer firewall to my SFM?

Hi, 

I have my SFM working fine. I did the configuration on XG Appliance. But I really don't know where should I go to add the customer appliance to my SFM Portal.

Someone can help me about how to do this?

    Hi Carlos,

    Please follow below steps to add XG device in SFM.

    1. Login to XG device and go to System > Administration > Central Management page.Add SFM Portal IP in central management page

    2. If XG device is directly connected to SFM then select Synchonization mode Central Management will push configuration changes else select the
    Device will fetch configuration changes from Central Management

    3. Click on Apply button

    4. Login to SFM and click on Device Discovery page on Dashboard

    5. Add Device from discovery page & follow the steps to add XG device.

    Ravi,

    when you say add the IP of the SFM what is the IP of the SFM if you are using Sophos Central Partner portal for your customers?

    Hi Scott,

    If you are using Sophos Central Firewall Manager (SCFM) ,then IP/Domain of SCFM to use is "us-e1.cfm.sophos.com"
