Sophos Firewall XG activation in VMware

Hi Hong,

The only possibility is when XG is not able to reach to the internet, verify the configurations for WAN during the registration process. In the worst case scenario, it can also be related to a faulty installation. Reinstall the ISO as the last resort.

I registered and sync it through the Sophos web page instead from the firewall web page as it was unable to registered through the firewall web page.
