I have a customer with a XG210 that got this email last night, from the XG:
Subject: Sophos Cloud registration lost
Dear Administrator,
You are receiving this auto-generated message from Sophos Notification System to inform you about your Sophos Cloud registration being lost.This results in Security Heartbeat no longer functioning.
Please check your system setting to restore the Sophos Cloud registration and re-enable Security Heartbeat.
Please do not reply to this message.
Contact support@sophos.com if you require more details.

So... what could cause this to happen? His Sophos Cloud/Central account was fine, and Heartbeat was working fine for the past 6 months up until this. He had to drive back to his office and re-register Heartbeat as his VPN connection, well, it used Heartbeat for the access rules. He was not happy. Anyone else seen this? He is running v15 MR-2 (no MR-3 due to issues).
