New XG85 doesn't synchronise license

Just bought a new XG85 firewall and am attempting to set it up. I have connected it to the internet and registered the device, however it refuses to synchronise with the license server. It isn't showing up in the central admin cloud account either. When I log into the sophos site it tells me the subscription is activated till 2018
