Interesting observation! I would suggest you to wait for XG v16 which has a fresh GUI experience. Any changes in the present version GUI is not possible.

Yes, we are . I have already informed the pre-sales team. If there is anything that can be done from your side, it would be really good. In the meantime, i would try support case too.
