Unable to Access Admin Portal from LAN

I cannot seem to access the Admin Portal from my internal network, however if i enable access on WAN I can get in just fine externally. The port doesn't even seem to be open internally. I previously when setting up the firewall was able to but i just stopped working one day. I'm not even sure where to start to troubleshoot the issue.

    do you have any rule that point to HTTPS internal XG IP? This is strange because you should be able to access it.
    Try to enable appliance access using this command from CLI > Option 4: system appliance_access enable

    Let us know if you are able to access HTTPS XG internal IP address.
