How to set up traffic shaping / QoS in Sophos XG for VoIP and general use

I'm trying to figure out how to best implement traffic shaping / QoS in Sophos XG.

My connection is 20 Mbps down / 4 Mbps up. Currently, with no QoS rules set, if I do a speed test (maxing my Internet connection, obviously), my ping times go from 15 ms to 500ms. I've noticed the same thing if I'm uploading large files. So I think my first priority would be to have something in place where the Internet won't be crippled for everybody if I'm uploading or downloading a large file.

As far as other services, we use VoIP and occasionally videoconferencing (Skype and H323), so I would like those to be high priority and unaffected by other traffic..

I'm a little unclear on how QoS works within Sophos XG. If anybody can give me some guidance or suggestions on how to specifically set things up for my situation, I would really appreciate it!

Thanks for your time!
