Sophos XG Home stops authenticating after a couple of days

I have been using a Sophos XG Home in a lab at home.  It is running on an i3 3.4 GHz, 6 GB RAM & 60 GB SSD.  After a couple of days, authentication stops working.  The only way to revive it is to physically power off the box.

When I try to view the admin login (https://<ip>:4444), I am greeted with a white page & only the text "Internal Server Error" appears.  If I try to log in to the VPN, it says auth is incorrect.  If I try to SSH, it says authentication failure.  If I try to log in using the customer portal for web filter, it says authentication failure.  If I try to login from the console, it says authentication failure.  I have tried to look in the logs after a reboot, but I do not know where to look.  I am used to being able to access the Linux side of it & review /var/log contents.

NOTE: All network/business rules seem to continue to function, however, I cannot do anything that requires authentication.

I am running the latest as of a few days ago (MR3, I believe).  I haven't rebooted it this time & cannot check for sure yet.

Thanks!
