cyberoam to sophos

my name is john from kenya.Upgraded my cyberon CR50iNG to (SFOS 15.01.0 but the license was not migrated.the license has expired and need to renew.How do i go about this?

The best place to raise your licensing queries is to mail at customercare@sophos.com.

I have licensing issues too, but customercare@sophos.com does not answer :(.
