SIte to Site IPsec connection between SOPHOS and Cyberoam

I tried to setup site-to-site IPSEC between Sophos and Cyberoam and got an error 

Error message on SOPHOS - EST-P1: Peer did not accept any proposal sent. 

Error message on yberoam - EST-P1: System did not accept any proposal receive: Need to reconfigure the connection on either of the ends.
