License renewed but SFOS wont reactivate services

We recently renewed our license after upgrading our CR25iNG from Cyberoam OS to SFOS 15.01.0 MR-3.  The new license has been provided and applied but while the dates changed, the device is still showing as unsubscribed.   Synchronization works fine and the online version shows the correct dates as does the device as shown below.
The date and time on the box are set with NTP and are correct.

Anyone else see something like this?

I've got a case open with support but so far they are stuck in a loop of "please reboot" and "the license looks ok at this end"

  • Hi Leon,

Please let me know the ticket# with support. I will follow up on this case if it can offer any help.

    Thanks

  • Thanks, i've had a response back now and the problems is that for some ridiculous reason the license start date is set to next week.

We'll see if it starts working then before I go further.

  • Hi Leon,

I've taken a look at your case - a bit late in the day, but I have added a FullGuard Evaluation onto the Device to expire 8-July and can see that the FullGuard product you purchased will start from 6-July. So, either way you will have full access to the FullGuard product set as of now and your subscriptions will change from 'Evaluating' to 'Subscribed' at some point tomorrow. Please send me a private message if this does not happen.

Apologies for not spotting this post earlier.
