Just downloaded and installe SFOS 15.01.0 MR-3, but it boots and ive got internet on the same subnet as the default ip. But i cant get on the :4444 admin portal, but SSH works fine although that wont register my serial at all??

I just downloaded the latest build of Sophos XG, installed and booted.  But i cant access the Https://172.16.16.16:4444 page, im using 172.16.16.100/24 on my PC.  Internet works, i can ping and i can access via SSH.  ON SSH i tried to Activate using my serial but it errors "operation failed due to an unknown error" So i cant use it.

I installed XG when it first came out and didnt have this trouble, could there be a bug in this build?

Please help as at the moment i can use the NET but have no access to XG to manage it.

I found an article that suggested i run a command on the console to temp disable rules, i cant find the page now but that allowed me to access http://172.16.16.16 but i couldnt activate at all still same error this time on the Web gui.

    OK so managed to Activate with Serial on CLI after setting the time and date.  But i still cannot access the WEB GUI, i have to use "system appliance_access enable" to be able to access it but on :80. however i still need to sync the licence how can i do that via CLI?
