I am able to access the User Portal via https://172.16.16.16 but https://172.16.16.16:4444 simply times out, taking too long to respond.
What would cause this ?

Hi Peter,
Did you made any change in the device access options. If not, this is related to backend services responsible for the GUI. Take SSH to XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Shell. Type:
cd /log
services tomcat:restart -ds nosync.

I found your post as I have a similar issue however when I run 'services tomcat:restart -ds nosync.' I get services not found.
any ideas?
service -ds nosync tomcat:restart
