Max SSL VPN Users

Is there a max on SSL VPN users allowed to connect to an XG 230 firewall? If so can I change it somewhere?

Hi,

Please refer the sizing guide here : http://www.virtualsecurity.nl/download/datasheet/sophos-xg-firewall-sizing-chart.pdf.

You cannot manually change it, the specs are based on hardware capability.

So according to this the XG 230 should easily under 50 people on the SSL VPN?

Hello!

I had to find the chart hosted elsewhere and it has not cleared it up for me; are there licensing, hardware, or software limitations with each appliance model? I just need to know the maximum concurrent SSL VPN clients that can be connected, not necessarily the throughput they will see as I can get a ballpark from the maximum throughput number.

Any ideas?

edit- just saw the maximum recommended IPSec connections, is that the general rule of thumb?
