AD SSO Group Membership Lost Repeatedly.

Question

Hello Everybody, 
 
 I am facing an issue at one customer location. The have a Sophos XG220, and we have configured SSO on the firewall. 
 
 We have added 2 AD Users assigned to a particular Group on the Firewall, however after 2-3 days they seem to be moved out from the assigned group and we manually have to move them back again to the desired group. 
 
 Can somebody help me troubleshoot this issue.

Hi Samson, 
 I think the user belongs to two different groups on AD. The event might occur when the group position has been changed in AD.

 Please refer the link to integrate AD with Sophos Firewall: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123155 . Verify if all the steps are configured correctly.
