Hi Henrique,

Go to System > Administration > Settings and check the User Portal HTTPS port. Take access to the user portal on the defined port. For eg: https://utmipaddress:port

Go to System > Authentication > Users select the user and check if the option for Quarantine digest is enabled. PFA screenshot.

I know how to access the user portal and how to configure Digest, my question is why the link My-Account is not correct, it points to an address that does not exist.
When you click it appears a page not found error.

This is a known bug NC-8287 and a fix to this will be made available in Copernicus version 2.0. scheduled to release in the end of 3rd quarter this year.
