Firewall Manager - device policy in use

hello,

If i connect via Web GUI direct to Soffiano Firewall and click Policy I don't see policy (for me the correct status and behavior)

If I connect via Web GUI using Firewall Manager:

- Device Configuration-->Using the predefined group device 'all managed device' and selecting (with the filter) the Soffiano FW--> no policy

- Device Configuration-->Using a new device group 'Group1' and selecting (with the filter) the Soffiano FW--> I see policy that I configure some days ago and I think was deleted

I don't understand which is the policy at the moment actice in soffiano firewall

I don't understand why I see some policy filtering the group device...

    Hi Stefano,

    Whenever you select  "Soffiano FW"  device from Device configuration , Soffiano FW device level page is open in SFM.At device level page whichever policy is available that are active .

    In your case it seems strange behavior.Can you re-verify the issue again using  below steps?

    - Device Configuration-->Using the predefined group device 'all managed device' and selecting (with the filter) the Soffiano FW

    - Device Configuration-->Using a new device group 'Group1' and selecting (with the filter) the Soffiano FW and click on Soffiano FW device
