Webfilter or AV engine not processing traffic

Good day everyone I recently have come across an issue where my sophos xg stopped processing http traffic if I have web filtering or AV scanning on. It has had the same rules for quite some time and everything has been working great until tonight where it just stopped processing web traffic HTTPS Netflix and even my email work fine it's just http traffic Has anyone encountered this before any direction would appreciated Thanks

    Brian,

    can you check if the both Sophos and Avira are updated? Check them inside System > Administration > Updates.

    Thanks for your reply I did check that and I was able to figure out what was going on. I remembered that I modified a local ACL under device access that limits what networks have access to remotely connect to device for remote management and I unchecked http access leaving only https access.

    One would think that this would only apply to traffic destined for the device itself as there are firewall rules that apply to traffic traversing the firewall but it looks like this applied to traffic as well unless my understanding of this device access local acl is wrong this might be a bug.
