Thanks for your reply I did check that and I was able to figure out what was going on. I remembered that I modified a local ACL under device access that limits what networks have access to remotely connect to device for remote management and I unchecked http access leaving only https access.
One would think that this would only apply to traffic destined for the device itself as there are firewall rules that apply to traffic traversing the firewall but it looks like this applied to traffic as well unless my understanding of this device access local acl is wrong this might be a bug.
