reset admin password and find IP of xg125w

Question

hey, I have an sophos firewall xg125W which i can't access it because I have forgotten admin password ,indeed I can't access to the dashboard and I don't know the IP. how can I reset the admin password on cli and find the IP?

 you can reset the IP and Password by connecting to XG using serial cable. https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-US/123196 
 If the system request the password, you can restart the system and keep pushing "enter" until SF loader appears, then you can reset the console password by choosing Troubleshoot menu. 
 The default password is "admin". From cli you can change the IP address
