I did not receive the e-mail containing the serial number (Sophos Software Firewall). What can I do?

  • Can you let me know if this was the 30-day Free Trial or the Home Use (free tool)?

    I can see many examples of both being processed today so it doesn't look like we have a general problem.  Did you try checking you junk mail in case it went there for some reason? Otherwise, I'd suggest requesting another one and see if that arrives.

    It was the XG home edition software. No, not trial. I have checked my e-mails also junk, yes, it was not today, yesterday. I received the license mail, no mail containing the serial.

    I finally managed to get the mail by issuing another submit (this was in the very early morning of today).
