Email reports report false number of email/spam number

Hi All,

I hope that other users are analyzing Daily reports with accuracy. In my case, XG says that It processed 80 emails yesterday while counting them (sent, received) I have 48 emails.

I remeber that IanMoreHouse mentioned this problem on another thread but there is not a single thread on Email reports.

If email reports wrong data, I am not sure that other data inside the reports are accurate too.

    I have reported this issue a number of times in different forums, but as you said not this forum. In my humble opinion the problem is that every attachment is treated as a seperate mail, but is not able to identify them as attachments rather than part of a message. Each attachment does not have a header or footer to identitfy it as a message so the count is wrong.
