QoS Application Policies

Hi all,

The goal is to restrict 3 applications to a maximum of 10Mbps collectively.
the Services are BITS, Microsoft Updates and Windows Updates.

I've set the following QoS policy:
Policy Association: Applications
Rule Type: Limit
Limit upload/Download separately: No.
Priority: 7 Best Effort.
Limit: 1250KBps
Usage Type: Shared

I've then applied this policy to BITS, Microsoft Updates and Windows Updates. in Global App Traffic Shaping. Then 'ticked the apply applications based traffic shaping policy' Box on the rule for the appropriate lan-to-wan traffic.

Will this give those applications up to 10Mbps each or will it share the 10Mbps between all 3 applications if they were all running simultaneously.
