Firewall rule for SMTP gateway

If I disabled both SMTP and SMTPS, what's the difference between non-HTTP and Email Server (SMTP) rule?

Im also find that if you create "Email Server (SMTP)" rule and later disable SMTP and SMTPS scanning that it convert to normal rule... If you would like enable it back you must create new "Email Server (SMTP)" rule...
