Advanced Configuration interface WAN

Hello,


I need your help because i have a cloud ESXI. My hoster give me an IP for WAN.

Ip Configuration is : 195.154.56.63 / 32 and gateway is 163.172.211.1

I try to configure with Web interface and cli interface and it's not working. (Sophos doesn't want to accept my configuration)

At last, i try to configure with the advanced consol with ssh but i doesn't find the file for edit the interface configuration.

Somebody know what is the file for edit the configuration of interface?

    Nicolas,

    are you sure about the IP? Sophos Does not accept the configuration because WAN IP and gateway are not in the same subnet.

    Contact your provider to get proper IP configuration (IP, Subnet and Gateway).

    yeah i'm sure about this configuration, it work on pfsense and the documentation is here.

    I'm deploying sophos home edition in cloud, this is why my IP configuration is so weird (SDN) .

    Edit:

    i didn't see, you are an UTM Certified Architect - XG Certified Architect,  Do you know the command for change IP and route? I Try with ifconfig and route add but it still not work. Furthermore, the change are not applied in the web interface
