Site to site VPN connection for Microsoft Azure and 210 XG.

Hi. We need the site to site VPN connection for Microsoft Azure and 210 XG. The Azure gateway is created and connecting to the firewall, but we are getting message id 17854 (System did not accept any proposal received). Need to re-configure the connection on either of the ends. Sorry, but we are new to Sophos. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

See the screenshots of the config on the SF below.

The IPsec connection connects and is working, we can see the internal network from the Azure VM and even put the Azure VM on our domain. The problem is that when the IPsec is connected the SF reboots every 10 min.

Hi,

Did you mean an IPSec tunnel forces XG to restart?

Please take SSH to XG and go to option 5. Device Management > 3. Advance Shell; type "dmesg". Please post the logs.

Most importantly, please provide me the exact time stamp when the XG rebooted to verify it in the logs.

Anything elsa about this matter? Sophos solved it? Azure has any particular configuration/implementation that causes the problem?
