Category none always blocked

Hi,
i have more site in none category, in web policy I have enable none category but I have denied log and block message

Example site is:

http://www.demagcranes.com/

http://www.sitecer.com/

iam already solved for this problem, iam just add policy at web policies " Alltrafficweb" is allow
