I have Sophos XG Device with SOPHOS MR 1 and Sophos MR2 i am able to fetch all reports on the box and go through it but whenever i go to Reports ==> Custom and Special Custom Web Report and fetch a detailed report using custom time frame and IP address i am able to see the report but when i download the report the report is getting downloaded but only with some URL's and not the full Report.
