L2TP won't connect using Windows 10 client

not sure why the forums aren't displaying my screenshots, but if anyone has a suggested L2TP config that they know works with the Windows 10 client, I would appreciate the help.  I'm using a preshared key.

try to reduce the size image and upload again. Make sure to configure Windows Firewall properly otherwise VPN will not work.
