You are not Sophos Staff.
I have SSL VPN setup and working fine however my provider occasionally flips IPs on me. Is there a way I can use something like DynDNS to make the connection. Everything I tried did not work. I have tried to set it up by using it in the "Override Hostname" but that did not work.

you can configure DynDNS under System > Network Dynamic DNS. Only few of them are supported at the moment. See the screenshot.
