We just deployed our first Sophos XG UTM this weekend we are on the latest firmware MR-2. We have the XG310 at our main site and 3 RED 50 Ethernet devices at our remote locations.
We have been able to get everything up and running, however, we came across something odd and wanted to see if anyone has seen this?
At one of our RED 50 locations, the tunnel is up and traffic is passing as expected, however, in the console of the XG310, it shows as that RED device "offline"? The other 2 RED devices are working and passing traffic and are listed in the console as "Online" . We rebooted the remote "offline" RED 50 device and the console will show online for a few minutes, then goes to offline. But traffic still passes?
Each RED 50 device is connected directly to the ISP with a static IP.
Has anyone seen this or can explain what may be happening?
