Outlook Hanging

I've just installed XG as a software appliance at a school. The use office 365 for their email and have been having some weird issues with Outlook since the XG appliance went in (replacing there existing TMG system).

Basically Outlook ishanging at random intervals. It generally coincides with when a user is actively using Outlook, clicking through messages in the Inbox, composing new messages etc. It doesnt happen when Outlook is idle in the background so to speak. When the hang starts, the Outlook window will generally freeze and go white. Sometimes it will recover after around 20-30 seconds and notify the user that the connection to the server has been restored, however mostly it hangs indefinitely and the user has to use task manager to kill the process.

I have looked at webfitler and security logs when this happens but nothing obvious jumps out. Everything is passed through the webfilter successfully. I turned on more logging and sometimes get an access denied due to invalid traffic message for rule 0. I did try a packet capture, but unfortunately the issue didn't arise during the duration of the capture.

I will endevor to get a packet capture, however I am not based at the site.

Anyone have any clues? If you need any more info please let me know.
