I have quite a weird problem, hopefully I can describe this well..
previous state:
it was setup between ASA (1800) to ASA in Singapore, the connection went fine with the IPSEC VPN
current state
we tried to standardize all of our office using the SOPHOS XG series, but it seems once the IPSEC up and running somehow it give Request time out quite often, well in summary it will be still 0% loss, but it can have request time out 2-3 times in a row and causing our Citrix application to reconnect, and this reconnection is happens very often despite having 0% loss on the VPN connection
does anybody has this kind of situation? i'm really on the verge to put back the old ASA 1800 into place
if you need more detailed information, I can provide you as well (masked the real ip's of course )
