Data Transfer Report showing empty

The majority of the stock reports that I run just show empty results, as shown here: http://screencast.com/t/uANb9GGih8xd 

I am trying to get a data usage report of all the devices on my network. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Do I have to have "users" in order to run the report? Can't I get a report with each hostname?

Also, I'm on a 150mbps connection and frequently max it out, yet the bandwidth chart at peaks 1.06M over the past month. Here is a screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/4Ilqw0XEus What is wrong here?

    Christopher,

    for that report, if you do not authenticate users, the report will be empty. You can use Web Risks & Usage reports and get more information on your web internet navigation, or use the traffic dashboard and from there filter by user by clicking on a particular IP.
