Dave,

what version of XG are you using? I mean MR1 or MR2? Also does a User policy rule exist? I mean LAN to WAN from a clientless-user?

MR2. no rules. do I need one for every user? or just one?

my lan to wan rule is just a general one for all users

OK i created a Lan-Wan user based rule for ANY user with the same policy setting as my default Lan-Wan rule that is just blow this one

show the Policy Rule you have created. Also share all the policy rules you have.
