Cannot syncronize XG125w

Can anyone let  me know please?

After updating the firmware to SFOS_15.01.0_MR-2-418, I succeeded registering the device, but then syncronization could not be done as per error.

"Device could not be syncronized, please contact support"

How can I proceed syncronization?

    Hi. Thank you for the concern. This is the error screen appeared.

    However, after "Register device" and re-tried Syncronization, I succeeded in resigering the unit and the name appeared on Mu Sophos> View Device menu.

    So the issue has been solved now.

    Anyway, thank you for the concern.
