WAF: Service could not be started because of improper configuration

Hi

My XG firewall shows me that problem when i click "Start" button

Before that i had got that problem https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/125/t/74572 so i add HTTP Based Policy. Now i have no idea what's wrong. Where i can see more details what's wrong with configuration?

    Hi Faryan,

    I request you to make some changes in the created Business HTTP based rule, this will restart WAF services. 

    I also request you to check WAF licensing is Active. You can check this by navigating through the option: System>Administration>Licensing.

    I checked Licensing and It shows me that i have got only base firewall license. It's strange because we bought FullGuard license.

    I will send that information to contact person.

    I think error should tell more about real problem ;)

    Good Afternoon,

     

    I have the same error, do you resolve them, I check my license and it's ok but when I try to start the WAF service have the same message "Service could not be started because of improper configuration". 

    Could you give me to me some information about it.
