Hello.
I downloaded sophos XG firewall home edition and I burned it to CD-R.
I used USB CD drive and start installation. Soon I got message "Failed getting ISO disk".
I thought my CD drive is not work well. I write ISO image to USB memory stick, and try to install.
But result is same error.
I tried writing USB memory with various options (FAT, FAT32, ISO, DD, ...), but failed again and again.
Next, I tried to change BIOS option.
My PC has BIOS by American Megatrends.
BIOS information is:
Core version 5.010
Compliancy UEFI 2.4: PI 1.3
At last, I found set "disabled" to "XHCI Mode" in "Chipset" menu is good result.
The installer read ISO disk image from USB memory stick and finished with no error.
Now my copy of sophos XG firewall works good.
