Activation process failed

Hi All,

I am attempting to install Sophos XG on a Poweredge 850 (old I know but perfect for the job). So I have booted the first install and installed and everything and I can access the web panel fine (only for basic setup and authentication). But when I go to put the license key in online I get this error ''Error while parsing response. If error persists please contact Support." So I decided I would reboot the box and that didn't change anything but I tried to put the license in from the console side and I got the same error. Any ideas how I can fix this?

    If this relates to one of the Home use licenses you have requested I can confirm that the licensing system has not had any message from either which implies your box cannot get out to the internet. I am not technical so cannot advise precise steps to rectify this.

    If your call relates to paid-for licenses then if you have raised a Support call then please reply with the number and I will have a look at the case (or feel free to contact me via private message and let me have the serial number / license key you are trying to activate).
