Hi All,
Monthly Schedule reports are missing. Customers need to review reports daily and monthly to check what is happening inside their network and analyze the trend!
Feature request?

Hi Luk,
You can find the report scheduling by navigating through the options:
You can configure the Email Frequency to Weekly or Daily.
Please refer the link here: https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/123201.aspx
Hope that helps :)
Thanks

I can't believe it's been 4 years and a monthly report feature is still not in Sophos XG. I can't imagine why this is such a difficult feature to implement, especially since it was in UTM and this didn't seem to be problematic. I wish there was a way to make Sophos team see the urgency in adding a monthly reporting option.
Hi Corey,
while requesting an improved reporting period function can we also ask that the reports accuracy be improved?
Example a monthly report (but not a rolling report)
one user 24000 hits 1.3mb downloaded
3 users over 6000 hits for the ISP's mail server 0B
Speedtest results - 25/10mb/s when testing 50/20 mb/s service -data transfer varies on where you look. If you look at the rule throughput you gent different values to that shown on the diagnostic page.
If you specify a 24 hour report period why do you get data for longer periods?
These issues have been raised before.
Ian
I'm starting to feel like the push to bring monthly reporting has been largely abandoned by the Sophos team. After tracking this issue for 4 years, there's nothing in the works and no mention that this was in development or testing. This should have been an easy win for them, but instead they've dropped the ball on this one.
