Scheduled reports are sent with delay all the time, bug?

Hi All,

I have Daily Executive Reports and Daily UTQ configured on XG. Reports should arrive at 11:00 and 20:00 as you can seen from screenshots, however I receive them with delay (10 to 20 minutes delay). Can someone confirm this behaviour?

This can be a problem for customers where Admins reads reports at scheduled time.
