Scheduled reports are sent with delay all the time, bug?

Hi All,

I have Daily Executive Reports and Daily UTQ configured on XG. Reports should arrive at 11:00 and 20:00 as you can seen from screenshots, however I receive them with delay (10 to 20 minutes delay). Can someone confirm this behaviour?

This can be a problem for customers where Admins reads reports at scheduled time.

Not really thought about it but same here:

It's meant to get to me at 5am but on my emails it's getting to me up to an hour later:

I know the Executive report is quite big and takes a little while to compile but an hour late? It's not network bandwidth because the file is <1MB.

Even worse today. 36,8 KB of UTQ report sent at 20:51 while it was expected at 20:00. I do not want to image on my future XG customers.

Not a permanent fix but I've just gone in and dated my reports an hour early but unless the XG has systems that just go "harumph, I'll send it an hour later just for funsies"
